How to get property documents done for a old housing property

Hello Team, I want to know how to get property documents done for old house in Bangalore. The place is a three storeyed house for three brothers. My father is one of the brothers. Middle storeyed house is his. We do not have property documents for the house and they have made this arrangement verbally. I want to know how to get legal documents for my father's house/share only done so that there is no problem in future.
We can apply for certified copy of the title deed of property then you can claim your share by partition suit or you can enter into one settlement deed. In both the cases it's proper if you give one legal notice showing your intention.
