How to get OBC certificate if living in different city

My wife is from haryana after married living in jaipur rajasthan i am from jaipur rajasthan. We hav married certificate of jaipur she hav adhar card of jaipur. So she can take the obc certificate from jaipur it is possible
The issue of caste certificate will be from your origin place. If you change the state they will not issue the caste certificate. If you are settled in that state then they will issue caste certificate. Burden of proof of caste lies on you.
