How to get detailed history of BDA land

23-Jul-2023 (In Documentation Law)
I am planning to buy a BDA site alloted to landlord on 60:40 scheme. The landlord has brought in his own funds half of what was acquired by BDA and other half was ancestral land. BDA sale deed to landlord has clubbed both parts together. How to make sure to make this site part of his own buying and not part of ancestral land?

Hi, You will have to approach the BDA office for the records pertaining to the allotted site which you are planning to buy. You can file an RTI to get the required information which shall clarify your doubts.

Mere stating some information about the transaction is not sufficient to give legal opinion
In order to get legal opinion collect all the documents or copies thereon and consult your advocate He or she will be able to tell you what to do
