How to get death certificate of a person died in other country

My relatives has been dead in Nepal0 on 15 may 2018. He is residence of India. I got medical death certificate from hospital of Nepal ? How can I get death certificate of him. Should I bring from Nepal or I can get from New Mumbai municipal corporation? Nepal municipal corporation reject to give death certificate from there ?what is solution? please what is exact rule specify me Regards D R Joshi
