14-Dec-2023 (In Documentation Law)
My name is . My mother is suffering from mental disorder, and she cann't even comeout of the house from last 15 year, and the there is no documents in her name like voter ID, Aadhar card ect. In worst situation I cann't even prove she is my mother because there is no document relating to that. I have her name in sslc, puc marks cards only. And I have to make some property registration , and other purposes which requires basic document like voter ID, Aadhar card. My question is how to generate the basic document . and how to prove she is my mother, and how to make is mother name. How to transfer property to my name as a legal hire.
Most of the legal documents in India or elsewhere cannot be executed by Mentally unwell persons as the very competence of such a party to enter into any contracts or agreements are barred by law.

Hello,
First you need to have documents which prove that your father and mother are husband and wife, the same is reflected in your school records. If you are planning to transfer property in your name as her heir then that means there are properties in her name or her ancestral property. Needs clarity in facts based on which opinion can be given. If there is any need of your mother 's consent for transfer same has to be obtained from court.
