How to correct name on marksheets

hello sir and mam i am i have passed out my ssc in the year of 2015 and completed my hsc this year i have to correct my surname on my both marksheet my actual surname is Almeida bt on marksheet it is Almedia soo pls help me how to change it
Ideally, you should make an application in writing to the board to have a duplicate/corrected certificate or mark sheet issued. If the board refuses to do so then you may file a Right To Information application with your board to inquire into the procedure for having such a correction made and how is it to be done.
