How to correct mother's in Class 10th PSEB certificate

Hi Sir, Well i was student of 10th class in PSEB. My mother name is not correct in my certificate.What should i do sir ????
Punjab School Education Board has approved changes in the students’ Date of Birth (DOB), Mother/Father’s name in Correction Committee. it is said that the Correction Committee has held and approved changes in students’ Date of Birth (DOB), Mother/Father’s name.
“The Correction Committee has approved changes in over 2000 student’s Date of Birth (DOB), Mother/Father’s name,”
It is pertinent to mention here that thousands of students have filed for correction in their father’s name, mother’s name or DOB that was been wrongly mentioned in their school certificates.
KIndly fill in the application form and provide the corrcet informtion.
