How to correct In-correct name in 10th Marksheet

My name is in-correct name in 10th Mark-sheet. I have done SSLC from Karnataka Board in March 2004. My name is correct in all other Govt. ID proofs like Aadhaar Card, Pan Card etc. Please let me know how to correct my name.

You can file a declaration case against the Karnataka board making your 10th std school also as a party and seek for a prayer to direct the board to change your name from the wrong name to the correct name by filing all other doc.like Aadhar card, Pan card etc., and get a decree which will enable you to change the name in 10th std.mark sheet.
Prior to that you can try to make an application to the Board by filing other doc.to change u r wrong name to correct name if they dont correct it then u can file the declaration case as said herein before.
