How to convert all India tourist taxi into ordinary taxi permit

I,owe an all india tourist taxi and wanted to convert it into ordinary taqxi permit.How it can be done here adhering all pertinent rules and law. Thank you,
I will advice to continue with the national permit. However, if you still wish to convert the permit then, you can change it to private permit for that purpose you will have to apply for the same in the RTO office of your area. For any other conversions you will have to apply for the same in the nearest RTO office.
