How to change address in caste certificate

Sir previously we use to live in north 24 pargana bt nw we shifted to hooghly so i want to change address in caste certificate..as if some d.i.v is done for govt job.then who wl be there to verify me?
for doing the same for address change you need to make an affidavit from the first class judicial magistrate so that you can change all your addresses in each and every document that concerns you, it will help you henceforth.
