How to apply for License for a physically handicapped ?

I am having 50% locomotor disability of both lower limbs only.But I am using Xylo car without any modification for 3 years (including long travel 400-500kms without any accident). Can I get DL for LMV (already having DL for Motor vehicle without gear).Thank you.
You need to check with the RTO about your eligibility for a LMV licence. You have to comply with their norms and procedure in this regard. Also check the terms and conditions under which the existing DL was issued.
