Rcr file in distic civil court.respondent is not attend during time peroid 7 months. Case status is FOR ORDER stage ?my questions (1)how much time to get decree my favour?( 2)after getting rcr decree what should I do ? I have already 16 months desertion peroid (3)after getting rcr decree marry another?please share the next step i am in critical stage?
After filing of rcr petition it takes somewhere around 1-2 years. If RCR is passed in ur favor and your wife refuses to come and stay with you in your house for atleast one year u can file divorce petition. Normally a contested divorce takes 2-3 years
