How can we obtained a legal heir certificate. What is the procedure? A legal heir certificate is necessary as the person was an armed forces personnel who has expired. The arrears of his pension should come to the legal heir. He has left a will where the son has been disinherited. The only legal heir is the daughter. All bank accounts and property have been transferred without a legal heir certificate. The pension account was inadvertently closed. The amount of the pension has been removed but the arrears of the pension in the light of the revision of the same. What is the cost?
