How can I verify legal documents of property before purchasing?

wanted to verify the legal documents of house property which we are going to purchase. Its B katas property.

In this case,if you want to purchage B KHATA property,then we have to check some old documents also,if that property was ancestral property,we have to check mother deed,RTC,EC,etc,etc...

Hi Good evening,

You have to take a legal opinion on the property which you are going to purchase. Get all related documents like mother deed/sale deed, RTC, Tax paid receipt, encumbrance certificate etc to verify whether the title is clear.

It can be done properly n authoritatively by your advocate
Whatever little or rich knowledge you may have about law, if you are not an advocate don't venture to scrutinise the documents yourself or by the document writers
If you wish me to do it send the legible Xerox copies of all the documents through LawRTO for my scrutiny
