How can I obtain OBC certificate for mu son

I am having OBC cast certificate but my husband doesnt have any proof of cast certificate .we both belong to same cast ,can my son get benefit over my OBC certificate?
A caste certificate for the child cannot be issued with the mother's caste certificate.
Although, if the father's certificate is not available, the caste certificate of a grandfather or other blood relative from father's side can be used. But if such certificate is used, other documentary evidence will also be necessary.
