How can I get single status certificate

My son who is settled in dubai need a bachelorhood certificate or single status certificate from here. How do I go about it? Please advise..

You can ask your son to swear to an Affidavit in dubai and testify that he is not a married person and get it notarized there.
If he wants to get a certificate from India he must present himself in the presence of a notary and swear to an affidavit as mentioned aforesaid.
