How can i get my marksheet rectified if the result printed is wrong.

I have wrote exam in 2011 NOV and got result 2012 June, They have marked as absent in one of the subject. My study center is delaying to get corrected marks card and making false commitment from 2012 and University also not taking any action to reissue the corrected markscard. Recently i visited Kumvepu university but they are not responding properly and told me write again. Study centre sent mails to university to provide the corrected marks card. Even serveral mails have exchanged with university, Still they are not responding. What i can do now? please suggest me.
what were you doing since 2011. its been 5 years that you have been exchanging and no other steps were taken by you. Kindly File a RTI against the university for clarification on marks as well as attendance in case the answer is not satisfactory then you may file a case.
