How can I correct my name which is wrongly spelled in marksheet

Sir, my name Shweta is wrongly spelled Sweta in my B.ed marksheet..I have Kendriya Vidyalaya Recruitment interview at the end of this month..will a notary affidavit help me at the time of document verification and avoid any disqualification. The name is correct in all other documents.
