How can I change the name of my father in educational documents

Hi Sir/Mam I have an elder brother. Me an my brother have completed our degree but only In my educational document my uncles name has come as my father's name may be it was an error while filling admission form to school by my uncle. But I have my birth certificate and with that I have got other documents like pan voter id adhar card driving license bank account etc with correct name. 1) how can I change the name in all the educational documents? 2) how much time and money it will cost approx? 3)I have to apply for passport what problem will this create?
1. For the name correction, you need to get court consent. only after filing application with court, your father name can be included on the educational documents.
2. By producing the court order you would able to change name on all the documents.
3. This process would take max. 10 days.
