How can I change my name in my marriage certificate

We got married in December 2015 in Bhopal and registered the marriage in Bhopal Municipal Corporation. In the marriage certificate, my last name has been changed to my husband's last name. I need to make all the documents such as company id card, pan card and passport consistent with the certificate. I do not want to take efforts and change the name in all these documents. Is it somehow possible to get the name changed to my maiden last name in the marriage certificate itself?
You can change your name in the Marriage Certificate by filing your name proof documents along with Notary Affidavit in the court.
