Have OBC certificate can central govt job be applied under same

I am JAT of UP and have a OBC certificate issued by UP state. The income of my parents has mentioned below 08 lakes in that certificate. Please guide can I apply for central govt Job in OBC category?
the obc quota of uttar pradesh is only valid for the affairs of the state. it will not be vaild for the all india other backward classes category. obc for the central govt job will follow all india obc catergory hence you will not be eligible for taking the benefits of that certificate
