Government of Maharashtra not issuing caste certificates.

Govt. of Maharashtra is not issuing caste certificate as resident of Maharashtra though person/family residing in the State for more than 30 years, there by denying the reservation in education/service to the resident SC/ST citizens in the name of migrant. we are resident ST citizen (originally of Bombay State) and our caste is notified in the Presidential Order "Constitution (Scheduled Tribes) orders 1950 of Maharashtra State." and subsequent amendment of this order in 1956,1960 and 1976. The article342 and president order does not use migrant wards, it talk about caste listed/not listed
You can make an application to obtain caste certificates. If the department fails to do so you canfile a write petition in the High Court asking the concern authority to perform their duty.
