Flat gift deed not registered Is it valid in the court of law

Before applying for divorce my x husband gave a gift deed which he told he will register it in near future. But now he is denying on it
If you have any proof message, email or document to prove that he had promised you to register a gift deed then you have option to file suit in civil court for necessary dorections.

it is not valid without registered the documents of Gift Deed .
u have challenge the Gift Deed for declaration, permanent injunction, possession before civil court.
there is an agreement of Gift Deed only u and ur X husband for that reason cause document not registered before sub registrar.
