Father is central govt. employee salary 6 lpa can I claim obc quota

Respected sir/madam My father was a central govt employee with annual income above 6 lpa. Now as he is retired his salary comes well below 4lpa . We belong to 3A category vokkaliga . Am I eligible to claim obc quota.? Please clarify.
Yes you are eligible to claim obc quota. Since your father is a retired employee of central government and his salary comes well within 6 lakh p. a. As the recent revised scheme has enhanced the limit upto 6lakh. Hence it very much falls within the non creamy layer obc-nc.
