My issue is my father recently got retired from canara bank as a clerk in June to be specific now his pension is 24 thousand per month and per year it is 2.88 lakhs I am 24 years old and I am working in a MNC and my annual salary is 3.62 lakhs Mine and my father's total salary is collectively 6.5 lakhs But my father joinsed the bank as a daily wage worker and then got permanent and his salary was above 6 lakhs for the past 3-4 years only And my mom is a house wife So does my salary be considered for annual family income And am I eligible for OBC 3B certficate with Non creamy layer

Hi, as your father do not come under class I/II hence you can claim the OBC Non Creamy layer 3B certificate. Also as the income limit is enhanced now to 8 lakhs by the central government, hence you have the right to claim reservation under OBC 3B Category NCL as the total income is not above this limit.
