My sername is Taneja but my gotr(गौतृ) is kashyap (açcording to my janam kundli) So according to the center list of OBC castes there khashayps are covered under OBC. But in family no-one own OBC certificate. am i eligible to get an OBC certificate? Explained answer appreciated.
No, unless someone in your family, father or mother takes OBC certificate, you won't be eligible. However, you can take certificate from your Local MLA or Municipal Corporator that you and your family is resident of Delhi prior to 1991 and you belong to Kashyap caste declared OBC vise notification of Delhi Government.
