Does POA given by american citizen to me requires notarization

We have join property.Two owners are staying in US and I am living in India. One owner is American citizen and other is green card holder. All are Indian but except me they are staying long in US and become citizen. Does POA given by them to me requires notarization only or attestation from Indian consulate in US is also required? The mentioned owners are my uncle cousin and my foi.

As per your query, it will be mandatory for your relatives to get the POA attested from the Indian consulate in the US. Without the attestation from the Indian consulate in the US the POA would be invalid.
