Dear sir,
Please confirm " can I apply for OBC certificate on the basis of Maternal documents (Mother's home lands documents) if my parents fall in same community which comes under OBC caste.
To apply for OBC NCL certificate, gross income of your father/mother should be less than Rs. 4.5 Lacs per year. Also, please clarify about which documents are you talking about as income proof of your mother will only apply if your mother is a widow or a divorcee or she is the sole earner in the family.
