Documents required to get a job on compassionate grounds

25-Sep-2023 (In Documentation Law)
My mother had a govt job and she was a dentist. She did service in himachal pradesh ,chail. She was a himachal resident and had a bonafide. She passed after a year and half into the service(I was an year old). As her only son and heir i wrote a RTI application (after turning 18 this year) to the himachal govt for info. about a job on compassionate ground, pension and gpf balance. I got an answer of that letter just a while ago. The problem is that i was born and raised in chandigarh by my grandparents after her death. The govt of himachal demands some leagal proofs which they have mentioned in the letter which i can provide but i dont have the bonafied of himachal(in letter its written Bonafide of the candidate). Is it necessary to provide the himachali bonafide? If so am i elligible to have one made?I have her bonafide and would it be enough? If i caint get a bonafide and her bonafide wont work how can i proceed this case further so i can get the gpf, pension money and job on compassi

As per the details provided by you. It is quite clear that you can make demand of release of gpf and pension of your mother. As far as job part is concerned for that you can file writ in high court. You will have to file two cases one is writ for release of gpf and pension and one writ for claiming job on compassionate ground. It is advisable to file two different writs
