Documents needed to obtain OBC non creamy layer certifcate

Could you please let me know what all documents I need to submit to get OBC certficate. Iam 22 and working in a private sector. I contacted Taluk office and they we not providing clear details
Only the Revenue Authority is competent to issue a community certificate such as an OBC certificate. The authority acts on certain guidelines issued by the State Government through GOs. Please contact the Tahsildar concerned in person and comply with their procedure.
