Documentation required by spanish citizen to get married in India

This is my concerns regarding documents required to get marriage to a Spanish national in India. What are the legal documents which will be required to present to court from both parties to register our marriage and get legal marriage certificate . Are there special documents required by spanish national to present to court which will be provided by Spanish government? Kindly provide me with all the necessary details for the same and also the duration in which i will be provided with a legal certificate . Thankyou
In India civil weddings are governed by the provisions of The special Marriage act 1954 . there is 30 days of residency requirement which means that either the bride or the groom has to be living in india for at least 3o days prior to applying to the local registry office to get married . you will be required to provide notice of intended marriage , certified copies of passports and birth certificate and evidence of eligibility to be married is usually required
