Discrepancy in name in Office and school documents, what to do

My name is and I am working in a private company since 2 years. (my first company) I have an issue with respect to the Surname used in my employed company. My Name as per all education certificates and Aadhar card is J (Initial not expanded). But my name in Passport is Jxxxxxxxh (Initial expanded). My PAN card has the name J printed but the actual PAN database has Jxxxxxxxh. (I checked the PAN status and found this) When I joined the company 2 years ago, I had submitted the passport as my identification document and hence I have Jxxxxxxxh as my name in company database. My question is that whether this discrepancy will have any ill effects in my future. It can be regarding properties or income tax or pension or any other ways. Please help me out, I was not aware of these things much when I joined the company hence I couldn't question them or I couldn't analyse this.

You need not have to worry as it is to do only with the expansion of your initial. In passport it is always the name stands with the expanded initials.
But now that you have to link your aadhar and pan card it is better to keep both same or change it accordingly.
In case if you are buying any property you can mention your name as____ J @_____ J(expanded).
