Disadvantages of leasing out a commercial car to a company for 5 years

i have a 2 months old commercial car. i am going to lease my car to company for a period of five year.All risk bearing factor and expenses will be bear by them. is there any the legal disadvantages? please advice.
Your lease will be governed by the lease agreement with the private company. You need to be careful while drafting such agreement because in case of a dispute the terms and condition of the lease agreement will prevail.
