Different names in different documents how to make correction

I have certain problems in my name in my documents and they are as follows:- 1)my name in my birth certificate,10th marksheet,engineering degree is Rohitkumar whereas in all other docs it is Rohit 2)my mothers actual name is sanchi but in my all documents except birth certificate its sruchi 3)My surname is Choudhary in all documets but in 10th marksheet and birth certificate its Chaudhary so please let me know whats the solution for all this problems i want to apply for passport and so i want solution for these problems as soon as possible.
