Different name on different documents how to change it

My name xyz in some documents i.e passport, ration card, voters card it was mentioned as xy in adhar card, lic policies and house documents it was mentioned xyz. I want to keep both names intact what i have to do
You cannot have different names on different documents. You need to have same name on all the government certified documents. Having different names on different documents might create problem for you in future.
