Different name in different documents, how to get them corrected

Sir/Ma'am, I am a government job aspirant. I have all the documents required for document verification .But the problem is my name in academic certificate is slightly different than my name in caste certificate.My name in the caste is FULL CORRECT NAME including the middle name. the other certificates dont have middle name. I want to fill some forms for government jobs, what name i should use. Please suggest me some legal method to rectify this.
Hi You can publush in the official gazette a declaration of different variation in the same full name & declare henceforth will be known as the correct full you want to go ahead with. Copy of it can be attached whereever you apply.
