Difference in surname written in Aadhar card and property papers

Hi Sir, My mom has a property and trying to sell it. There is a mistake with one letter in surname on the document. So the name on the AAdhar card and document are not matching. Is there a solution for this problem?

Hello sir, u can do one thing, u can change d name on the Aadhar Card, becs it is always good to have the details perfect, otherwise in last minute u will get difficulty to change d details and it is easy to change
