Daughter have aadhar card and passport can i add middle name

Hello Sir/Madam, My daughter is 14 yrs old. She has a passport, Aadhar Card with First and Last Name (father's name). She wants to take a middle name now. Will it be a problem if I include a middle name in her school board record. She will get her 10th certificate with middle name if I add now. What should I do? Will my daughter have any problems in the future? Kindly advice

It is not necessary that you daughter shud have your middle name, however, if u are divorced or having problems with u r spouse you can do so. However, If u want u r daughter to bear u r middle name, you can execute an affidavit that you r the lawful mother and that you need to change the middle name of your daughter thereafter u can issue a paper publication in vernacular language and another in english newspaper, then u can show these doc.to the school authorities and they shud do the change in the 10th standard mark sheet.

She will have to legally change her name to First Middle Last name and then approach each department of passport, Aadhar Card and the School board to file the necessary documents to change the name.
