Date of Birth mistake in School register how to change

My date of brith is 27/9/1988 but in school general register 17/12/1987. What can I do ?
You can make an application to the school and enclose all day of birth related documents. Alongwith this application you have to make an affidavit stating that inadvertently wrong date of birth mentioned at the time of admission and correct date of birth is so and so.
