Court Marriage in Pune for Muslims

Hi, What are the requirements for a court marriage in Pune? Both the applicants are above 18 and Muslims What's the process and documentation required? Which lawyer would be helpful? Please help

The court marriage is similar for people of all religions. It is carried out under the Special Marriage Act, and requires a notice period of one month, whereafter your marriage will be executed. Being muslim, you can solemnise your nikah in front of a qazi. Get the nikahnama registered and it would serve the same purpose as mentioned above.
