Correction of surname in my service records

Sir, I want to correct my surname in my service records of Railway. In my 10 th certificate my name is V. SATYA VENKAT RAMAN but in my service sheet recorded as VEMULUKONDA SATYA VENKAT RAMAN. Now I want spelling correction in my surname as VEMULAKONDA instead of VEMULUKONDA. But the personnel department of Railways is not accepting my request. Please advise what to do for correction in my surname. In PAN CARD, AADHAR & my house tax documents are as VEMULAKONDA SATYA VENKAT RAMAN.
you need to make an affidavit before first class magistrate and appear before the same judge and seek for an order, it is not a big thing to be worried off, in a day it can be processed and obtained. I have the format ready. you may connect.
