Connection b/w pricipal deed and subsequent deed

If principal deed date is NOT mentioned in the subsequent deed..in the case of aPartnership Firm... Then is the subsequent deed connected to the Principal deed and under which law/act does this come?

You must share both deeds for legal opinion with seeing deed giving opinion is most unfair.
Call lawyer for appointment and meet with both deeds. there are many ways to rectify if any legal issue.
Hopefully both deed are registered under Partnership Act.
also need to check few detail as information not share here.
