College not returning original documents as I want to leave what to do

Sir I m a b. Tech 1st year student and my original document submitted in my collage bt I m not intereste in this collage and if I m study another collage, what are collage taking in any action... please help me
College won't return it until you pay them the fees of the whole course which you've enrolled yourself in. So, go file a FIR in a nearby police station mentioning that your marksheets have been lost. You also need to publish it on any local classifieds or newspaper once. Take the paper cutting and a copy of the FIR to your school office and apply for a duplicate
