Children facing problems due to different surname from that of father

Sir, my husband expired when my children are 3&1years old. In family members certificate their surname is his father's. But later I kept my (mother) surname as theirs. Aadhar, study cert all r with my surname. Now they r going to get their father's benefits, n here is the problem abt surnames. They r objecting to Give benefits to children as they have surnames different in family members cert issued by MRO n School certf. Plz give me solution sir

Particulars are not clear. When did your husband expire. What are the ages of your children then and now. What are they studying. What are the benefits that they have to get. If surname is deferred then you must report the same to the respective educational boards for rectifying the surname, if they do not do the same you must file a civil suit against the boards for rectifying the surname and get direction from the court. You may file a writ petition on the respective educational boards in High Court also.
