Dear Client,
There are two ways for changing your name in educational records. First way is you must file a Civil Suit by engaging an expert civil advocate who has been doing cases in civil side. You must show the S.S.C., Inter and B.Tech., Boards as opposite parties for changing your name in concerned marks memos on the basis of Gazette. Second way is directly by filing writ petition in concerned High Court in which state you voluntarily lives by engaging an expert advocate of High Court. Writ Petition must be filed showing the concerned educational boards as opposite parties. Then High Court will direct the Educational Boards to change your name in concerned Marks Memos. Take Expert legal assistance.
