if you are married or changed your name in the Government Gazette for valid cause or convert from one religion to other in that eventuality only you can able to change your name. if your name is accidentally wrongly mentioned previously then also you can change your real name by showing true and bonafied birth certificate / leaving certificate to the approppriate authority.
