Car parking not present in sale deed

I'm purchasing a flat which is 13 year old. The sale deed does not mention car parking. Sale agreement has. The seller is saying he can get a letter from society. Is there a way to make this legal?
As your purchasing an apartment which is 13 years old, if the portion has allotted car parking it should be mentioned in the development agreement which you can check with link documents with your vendor and if it is in the documents it should be mentioned in the sale agreement
