Can RTI be filed in High Court asking for documents related to case?

I have a civil case in motion in high court can i file an rti to the respondents asking for the document related to my case. Is ther any harm/disadvantage for my case. Or is there any law which prevents me from doing rti.

are you party in the civil suit which is pending before the HOn'ble High COurt, if yes you can inspect the file and get the relevant documents from it, in case the matter is disposed of then you can file for certified copies in the branch and get them,
FOr RTI you need to go through the concerned High Courts website and check the rules and regulations for filing of RTI.
