Can I marry a woman of different nationality in India on student visa

Hi, I (male,hindu) am a residence of Siliguri,West Bengal,India working in a PVt LTD company in Delhi and renting here. I intend to marry a women (hindu) from Bangladesh who also lives in Delhi with valid student visa for two years ending on June 2016. Can we register our marriage in India? if yes whats the process and how to do it? can my spouse stay in India permanently if I marry her and register it? what are the documents needed? please if possible suggest a good advocate in this purpose. Thanks

Yes you may get married in Delhi. Your to be wife will be required to produce her passport and a valid visa. She will also need to apply for a NOC from her embassy which essentially states that she is unmarried. The marriage will have to be registered for it to be recognized. The approximate cost would be about Rs. 50,000/- including all the documentation and registration. Feel free to get in touch if we could be of any further assistance to you.
