Can i marry a mexican girl in India?

I live in jodhpur. A foreigner women her country name Mexico want to come to India and we want marry and a valid marriage certificate that as her husband I am able to go to her country.. What is the procedure to do so?
Yes you may get married in Delhi. Your to be wife will be required to produce her passport and a valid visa. She will also need to apply for a NOC from her embassy which essentially states that she is unmarried. The marriage will have to be registered for it to be recognized. The approximate cost would be about Rs. 50,000/- including all the documentation and registration.
